When I was a child, my teachers and parents said to me, ‘people who have no dreams of the future will not fly far away’.In the future I want to be a famous engineer as I can work many buildings for my family and my friends in the office and they are very happy because of my good work. On the other hand, I would like to be a sports teacher because I have learnt a lot about professional sport from books and I like to do different kinds of sport like basketball and many more.

             When we say people can’t change it is analogous to saying people can’t learn. I have read that when you learn something new, that knowledge fundamentally changes you. Each fragment of information adds to your personal database, creating additional resources to draw on when interacting with the outside world. We face the same temptations to take on negative behavior, but we also build a body of experience that tells us the reward isn’t worth the penalty. Comparing ourselves today from ourselves a few years ago, we can observe that we are the same but more.

KANNAWIDAN:The Ylocos Festival

The Vigan Philippines festival aims to harness Ilocos Sur's rich historical values and products in order to attract foreign and local tourists and investors.

Like last year, thousands tourists and visitors are expected to flock to Vigan Philippines and its neighboring towns during the unique festival to have a glimpse of the old traditions, culture and unique products of the people of Ilocos Sur.

“Through this Kannawidan Ylocos Festival, an Iluko term which means feast of all heritages, practices and products in Ilocos Sur, we will showcase and promote our old customs, traditions, culture and products to strengthen their demand,” Savellano said.

     Climate change is changing in weather. Climate change had been speed up because of all the mans activity. There is so many causes of climate change in the world like the eruptions of  volcanoes, our flow of sea water. Some of then increase carbon dioxide emissions, increase in greenhouse gas levels and increase in land , water and air pollution levels.But we human can also prevent it as we conquered life.

"Isulong Ang Breast Feeding Tama, Sapat at Ekslusibo"

    Mahalaga ang brest feeding sa mga sanggol kaya mga nanay wag nating kalimutan na ang pagpapadede ay tama, sapat at ekslusibo. Ang breast feeding ay mahalaga para sa mga sanggol kasi nagbibigay ito ng sustansiya sa katawan. Ang pagpapadede sa mga sanggol ay wag kalimutan para ang mga sanggol ay laging masigla,malakas at di sakitin. Mas mabuti natin ito kaysa sa mga gatas na tinitimpla di tulad ng gatas na galing sa mga nanay kasi tama ito sapat at ekslusibo. Kaya kayong mga ina laging tatandaan na mahalaga ang breast feeding.
